Davis Family Xmas 11
We had a great Christmas with my family in Burnsville! I made everyone stay dressed up after mass so we could get some pics - I've turned into THAT person :) We knocked them out quick and were comfy in sweats 5 minutes later. We had our traditional Christmas Eve pizza and after the early crew went to bed, drinks out in the hot tub which felt fabulous! Christmas morning breakfast is my favorite of the year - mimosas, brie egg bake and cinnamon rolls - yum! After opening presents we lounged around all afternoon and wrapped up the day with an amazing beef tenderloin with Gorgonzola cream sauce feast for dinner.
Christmas Eve Services
The Christmas Eve Service at our new church in Maple Grove was beautiful! We did miss the nursery however - E and I only spent about 10 minutes in the sanctuary and the rest of the time I was chasing him around the back of church. We also joined my family for mass in Eagan and luckily E was content to be passed from lap to lap and eat graham crackers and stayed fairly quiet.
Santa's First Trip to Maple Grove!
It was so fun to have our first little family Christmas in our new house. Looking forward to having the tradition of waking up at home on Christmas morning to see what treasures Santa brought! Santa found the new house just fine and nailed the gift theme - Elmo!
