We spent Easter weekend in Des Moines and Ethan had a great time with the Woods Clan despite being sick with what turned out to be a chest infection. We had a relaxing Saturday afternoon and E loved playing with Grandma's Sesame Street pop up toy - she taught him how to pull the lever so the character popped up and sang. Elmo was Ethan's favorite, I liked Oscar, and Brian was a fan of Cookie Monster - he does a great impersonation by the way.
Ethan wanted to send extra lovies out to Grandma as she is in the hospital again after having a 2nd amputation yesterday to take another couple inches off her leg due to infection. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers as she battles the pain in addition to pneumonia.
