Unfortunately baby bear's first fever came on Christmas Eve & Day :( He was an angel at Christmas Eve Church- slept through the entire service without a peep. I went to take him out of his carseat to get some pictures and he was drenched in sweat. At first we thought he might be overheating from his adorable grandpa cardigan sweater. We stripped him down to cool off but he got hotter and more upset as the night continued. He is such a chill baby - fussiness is extremely rare - so we took his temp and sure enough it was 101. Now to you seasoned parents 101 is easy peasy, but since he has never been above 97 it still scared us. Luckily infant Tylenol, and lots of lovies did the trick over the next 24 hours, but such a bummer that little man didn't feel well for his first Christmas. All things considered he was in pretty good spirits Christmas Day and still seemed to enjoy the Holiday.
