Weekend in Burnsville

It's been quite some time since I've given a condo update. Yep - it's still on the market. We've had pretty decent traffic, always get positive feedback, had 3 almost offers, but no one has bit yet. It was slow through the Holidays but on Thursday we got 3 requests for showings this weekend. Thrilled to have people coming through as its the only way to get that perfect buyer in, but it takes a lot of scrambling to pull it off, especially with puppy and baby. Bella and Ethan had a sleepover in Burnsville Thursday evening so Brian and I could clean like crazy. The timing of the showings were just inconvenient enough that we decided to move out of the condo and spend the weekend in Burnsville so we didn't have to pick up before each one. A big thanks to my mom and dad for letting us crash and for all their help with E + B. When we have a showing, we load all baby gear up onto carts and wheel it down to our storage lockers. Below is 1 of 2 carts from Thursday night:

E read lots of books...

...did lots of lounging...

...took long naps and got lots of cuddles

Lucky boy! We lounged around Friday night and were treated to a delicious dinner and woke up to a waffle breakfast - they sure spoiled us. My mom and I hit the outlet mall Saturday afternoon and had great luck at the Gap and Baby Gap outlets. Brian and Grandpa did a great job on baby duty. We headed up to Maple Grove that evening to see Stef & Troy - we're so lucky to have such great friends. We lounged around today until the showing was over and then moved back in downtown which entailed 2 more cart loads. Fingers crossed that one of the showings turns into something but we've learned not to get our hopes up.
