Ethan Bear got kicked out of daycare for the first time on Wednesday :( They called early afternoon and said he hadn't been himself all morning, wasn't eating much, projectile vomitted, and his temp was 100. Poor little guy. They called back an hour later and his temp was over 101 and said we had an hour to come get him. It was up to 103 when we got home (scary!) but a dose of tylenol, 2 hours, and some lovies later he was back under 100 and in great spirits. Brian thinks he figured out how to fake his fever to play hooky like his daddy used to do...
He's not allowed back at daycare until he is fever free for 24 hours without tylenol. I worked from home today and my dad came over this morning to watch him while I was on a conference call and my mom came down for the afternoon shift - thanks so much for your help Team Davis! E had so much fun playing with them all day and Bella loved the company. No fever all day so hoping we wake up in the clear.
E is starting to do "the airplane" on his belly and reach for toys in front of him. On the path to crawling - eek!
