A perk of Brian's job is that he gets wined and dined quite frequently - aka "Relationship Building" - gotta love the sales world. Two weekends ago he had box suite tickets to the Rascal Flatts concert and this weekend he vacationed up north on a snowmobile guys trip at Grandview Lodge in Brainerd. He has a 5 day ski trip to Colorado planned with the Urbandale boys in a few weeks so needless to say I need to get a few girls weekend trips on the books stat!
Ethan and I had a laid back weekend and I sure enjoyed lots of snuggle time. I kicked off the weekend with an amazing spa facial at JUUT (best Xmas present ever Katie, Amy & Amy - thanks!!!) before I picked up little man from daycare. We played all day Saturday and then Grandma and Grandpa watched Mr. Man so mommy could have a girls night out. Had so much fun celebrating Courtney's birthday downtown and the improptu Kappa sleepover at the condo was a blast - stayed up till 4am and laid around chatting hungover all morning - it was like we were back at 120 Lynn Ave ;) All in all a great weekend but we sure missed daddy.
