14 days old already - hard to believe! Ethan is starting to move his arms and legs a lot more. It's fun to watch him stretch out and flail them around.
Excited to have Brian home for the weekend - amazing how much having an extra set of hands helps and Ethan misses his daddy when he is at work. We had a nice and busy Friday. Started out with my 2 week post partum check up to see how my battle wounds are healing - happy to get a good report. Later in the afternoon E and I made our first trip to Burnsville to see my grandpa who flew in from Chicago today (separate post) and dropped Bella off for some pampering. This evening our friends Jess & Keith and their twin toddlers came over to meet Ethan - so fun to catch up over pizza and beer. Their boys are adorable and it gave us a glimpse into life with toddlers. A good reminder to enjoy this sleepy cuddly newborn stage before he becomes mobile!
