After almost 30 years of rocking it at PDI my dad decided to leave the executive ranks there to start an exciting new adventure with much more flexibility and opportunity to do work he truly enjoys. He recently launched his own consulting practice (Leadership Catalysts) offering executive coaching, team building, and talent management consulting services to small companies. He's off to a great start with a couple of engagements and has several more lined up!
He also recently accepted an offer to work with Vistage International as a CEO Group Chair. He'll be facilitating a peer group of CEOs from companies with revenue between $5M to $100M starting this fall. Pretty cool!

My brother graduated from St. Thomas University in December and we're really excited that he landed a great job, especially in this economy. He starts in a couple weeks as an Admissions Representative for Globe University/Minnesota School of Business. He'll be responsible for managing the enrollment & launch process for new students. Yay for salary + benefits... welcome to the real world kiddo!
Congrats boys - well done!!!
